We are renting out the main floor of approximately 130 sqm of our house in Folkvang in Drøbak (10 minutes by car to Drøbak and Ås) from August 2026 to July 2027. Detached house in rural and quiet surroundings in a nice neighborhood with a large garden, large veranda, sunroom, and driveway with parking. The floor being rented out consists of a living room with an open kitchen solution, three bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom with facilities for a washing machine. - The house is rented out partially furnished. - There is a short distance to the bus stop (40 minutes by bus to Oslo city center). - Pets by agreement (the garden is partially fenced and can be suitable for dogs). - Rent includes internet. Electricity is paid separately. - Smoking indoors is not allowed. - Charging electric cars is not allowed. Basement with a studio apartment, garage, and a parking space is used by the owner and will be occasionally inhabited by one person (the owner) during the rental period.
