Welcome to a lovely house with many rooms and a large and sunny garden situated right next to the famous High Coast. There are many bus connections to Kramfors and Härnösand, or train connections to Ö-vik, Sundsvall, and Umeå. The type of rent is "cold rent" meaning it doesn't include electricity, heating, or internet. The rent however does include water, garbage collection and de-snowing of the road leading to the house.
