3rd floor apartment where a traditional plumbing renovation was completed throughout the housing company in 2019. At that time, the bathroom of the studio was completely stylishly rebuilt with tiles. At the same time, the kitchen was pipe-renovated, preserving its original partially open cabinetry and style, with new range hoods. All the other surfaces of the 3/4 floor apartment were also reviewed during that renovation. The walls and ceilings are painted and light-colored. The floors are red beech wood parquet, except in the bathroom where they are tiled. New white wooden window frames were replaced in the building in the 2010s. The layout of the apartment is space-efficient, not forgetting cabinets and ventilation. The apartment includes 2 separate storage rooms in the basement. There is also a lockable bicycle garage at the end of the building's basement. The housing company has a renewed sauna and laundry room available by reservation since 2019. We are renting the apartment indefinitely, but for at least a year. No pets, no smokers, and home insurance is required. The apartment is in excellent condition, clean, tidy, and bright. A one-year-old modern brushless washing machine in the bathroom has been operating without issues. Water usage and fiber optic network are included in the rent. We can show the apartment by first agreeing on a time here in this service. The apartment was vacated by a long-term student tenant in August as they moved to a larger apartment elsewhere as their studies progressed. The tenant's rental security deposit (2 months' rent) and communication occur through this system's contact and apartment showing, directly with the relevant person once the agreement is reached. Without a Qasa organization agreement, which somewhat acts as an intermediary, leading to continuous payments to them that would raise the rent by almost 50€/month. We do not wish to engage in such an agreement. Our agreement template is, of course, also in line with the recommendations of the Finnish Tenant Union. This now available studio has been successfully rented with mutual trust and agreement, primarily to young adults studying entirely or partially, for the last nearly 20 years.
