A lovely small house of 31 sqm (including sleeping loft) with stairs to the sleeping loft located in a quiet residential area in Fiskebäck, Västra Frölunda. You will have proximity to wonderful nature and swimming (e.g. Hinsholmen and Fiskebäcksbadet), and it's only 4 minutes to the nearest bus stop with a direct line to Gothenburg city center and a direct line to Frölunda Torg. Rented out furnished and is located on the same plot as the house where we live ourselves, so it is important that we find the right tenant(s). We are looking for a calm, well-behaved person or couple for long-term rental.
