I am renting out my fantastic apartment by Lake Mälaren in Kallhäll Järfälla to a reliable tenant. Long-term rental - initially 5 months but can be extended. Top condition. Magnificent view. Luxurious. Quiet and serene. Stylish interior. Furnished. If the tenant prefers unfurnished, it can be arranged. - Parking included (not for electric cars) - Wi-Fi included - Water, heating, and waste management included. If there is excessive water usage, the surplus will be charged to the tenant (threshold is the owner's average consumption) - Storage not included as I need storage myself - Beach, magnificent nature park, and walking trails - Gym & Hyrox about 200 m away - Pharmacy, grocery stores nearby and Barkarby shopping area a few minutes’ drive away. - 4-minute walk to Kallhäll commuter train station, which takes you to the City in about 20 minutes - Large TV package available but charged extra at 1500 SEK/month. If the tenant does not want this, only the basic package is included. Netflix is available. - Best suited for a couple - No pets allowed in the apartment - Smoking is prohibited even on the balcony - No families with children - Proof of income required The landlord has the right to terminate the contract in case of misuse of the apartment, for example, if the guest does not follow house rules, disturbs neighbors, damages property, or sublets to others. The landlord has the right to terminate the contract with 4 weeks’ notice for moving back, even before the initial end date. The apartment is for sale, and pre-arranged and booked viewings by an authorized realtor occur. The apartment must be clean, with bed made, and in fresh condition during such times.
