The apartment is rented out second-hand and is currently also for sale. However, my ambition is to find a reliable and preferably long-term tenant. If I find the right person, I am prepared to pause the sale and let the rental continue as long as the tenant wishes to stay, according to the agreement. Heating, water, electricity, and internet are all included in the price. Parking needs to be arranged with the board or is available on the street. The sublease needs to be approved by the housing association's board, but it is easy to extend. The apartment also has a very good location in terms of public transport. There is a direct bus right outside the apartment to the city center, the university, and Samarkand. I am therefore looking for someone who wants to take care of the apartment as their own home and would like to stay for an extended period.
