Pleasant, well-planned studio with good transport connections. Perfect apartment both near the city and nature. Approximately 30 minutes by public transport to the central station via either bus and metro or bus/walking and commuter train. Maximum 3 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store, post office, and bus stop. A 15-minute walk takes you to Spånga Torg where there are several grocery stores, the butcher Dennis's meat shop, Spånga's award-winning bakery, a healthcare center, pharmacy, gym, the pub Caledonian Inn, as well as several other restaurants and small shops. The rent includes: heating, water, electricity, internet, laundry room, and waste room. Worth noting that the pictures were taken before the renovation done in November 2025 which includes: new parquet flooring in the kitchen, living room and sleeping alcove, a newly built wall to screen off the sleeping alcove from the living room, and new wall paint in both the living room (orange) and sleeping alcove (green). Furnishings and decor in the pictures are just for styling.
