The studio has waterborne floor heating in addition to electric heating, providing an even and comfortable indoor climate year-round. You share a spacious common entrance with the neighboring apartment, and the apartment has its own intercom and doorbell. The rent includes electricity, municipal fees, internet, and a base amount for district heating and hot water. Consumption beyond the base amount is usually settled once a year. The tenant signs their own home contents insurance. The location is central: short distance to the bus towards Moss center, Oslo, and Gardermoen, and just a few minutes to the E6.
