Welcome to rent my cozy house in quiet Hamneda, with commuting distance to Ljungby, Älmhult, and Markaryd. The village has a school and a preschool, as well as bus connections to both Ljungby and Markaryd, and partially to Älmhult. The house has a practical layout with all bedrooms upstairs, while the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are on the ground floor. Outside, there's a large plot of 1,500 m² with plenty of space for both play, cultivation, and relaxation. The partially glazed south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun from spring to autumn. On the plot, there's also a simpler guest cottage with electricity, which is suitable as a home office, guest room, or hobby room. The house is equipped with a heat pump (air/water) for energy-efficient heating and has been continuously renovated in recent years, including the bathroom, drainage, facade, and heat pump. I am looking for a responsible tenant who cares for the house and appreciates a quiet living environment, taking care of the house and the plot as their own. I prefer if you have an interest in gardening and are happy to handle small things that need fixing. Basic garden maintenance such as lawn mowing and hedge trimming is required. The tenant is welcome to grow their own plants in the garden. Pets may be discussed. Smoking indoors is not allowed.
