The apartment is located in Annedal/Mariehäll with a large range of services in the area, including grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and gyms. Bromma Blocks, with a wide range of shops and other services, is also a short distance away. For car owners, the parking fee is 60 SEK/day. Communications are very good, with several bus lines through Mariehäll and connections to, among others, Sundbyberg, Alvik, Blackeberg, Vällingby, and Spånga. The Tvärbanan stop at Karlsbodavägen is also within convenient walking distance. From Sundbyberg's center, there are further connections by commuter trains, subway, Tvärbanan, and several bus lines. I am renting out the apartment because I'm going to try cohabiting. Therefore, my ambition is for a long-term rental – initially at least 1–2 years and preferably longer if it works well for both parties.
