Villa calcar , Södertälje

Welcome to Villa Calcar! The apartment is located on the Vitsand peninsula, close to the sea and forest, and a fifteen-minute drive to Södertälje, and 30 minutes to Stockholm. Right next to Salems and Högantorp golf courses. The residence is a studio apartment like a wing in the main residence and has been carefully renovated. A shared laundry room, private parking space, and patio are included, and if there is interest in open-field cultivation, it can of course be arranged. If more furniture is desired, we have the possibility to arrange it (e.g. sofa). Water and parking space are included in the rent. Electricity cost is added, either at a fixed price or according to your own electricity meter, which is available in the residence. It is less than 200 meters to Lake Mälaren for those who want to swim.
