Welcome to Kallebäck! About our apartment- Our light and spacious south facing apartment is minimalist and fresh. We pride ourselves on keeping our apartment clean, well-organized, and free from unnecessary items. The decor follows calm, earthy colors that create a harmonious atmosphere. The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated and equipped with modern appliances and everything you might need during your stay. The apartment has central heating, making it warm and comfortable during the winter months. The apartment is 83 m², but we have chosen not to rent out our second bedroom. Therefore, that room will be locked during the rental period. In the basement, there are three laundry rooms with generous booking options. Each laundry room is equipped with two washing machines, an extra-large dryer, and a separate drying room. We hope you will enjoy and have a very comfortable and pleasant stay with us. Reason for renting- We are flying south for the winter! We will be spending December and January in South Africa. Location- Coop is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment and the bus stop is 2 minutes away. Bus 18 takes you to Korsvägen in about 10 minutes and to Brunnsparken in about 19 minutes. Delsjön, one of Gothenburg's most beautiful nature areas and lakes, is about a 20-minute walk away. During the winter, the lake often freezes over, and the trees can be covered in a beautiful blanket of snow. Keep an eye out for the deer!
