Fritzbergsvägen, Stockholm

Fresh studio apartment for rent – until further notice until it is sold. Fresh and cozy studio apartment for rent. The apartment is for sale and may therefore be sold during the rental period, in which case the contract is terminated (3 months), which is also the reason for the lower rent. Therefore, you do not need to expect to have to move on short notice due to a potential sale. The tenant therefore needs to understand that a realtor may occasionally need to show the apartment. Location: Close to Roslagsbanan, which takes about 20 minutes to Stockholm East/Technical University. There are also bus connections to Mörby Centrum and Danderyd, where the subway runs. The area is very quiet and cozy, close to nature and within walking distance to a grocery store (ICA Kragsta). This is included: * Electricity * Water * Internet * Bed * Large wardrobe * Sofa * Many kitchen utensils are available. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment.
