A relatively newly built and exclusively furnished apartment of approx. 100 sqm is for rent. • Rental period: From January 1, 2027, and ongoing with three months' notice period. • Location: Southeast Lund, approx. 10 minutes by bike to the center/university areas. • Connections: Buses depart approx. every 10 minutes right outside the apartment. • Info: The apartment currently has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, good storage facilities, and other amenities that can be used upon request. • The entire apartment and the rental room are rented fully furnished. • Price: 6700 SEK/month (no extra costs except for personal home insurance). The price includes heat, water, electricity, service, and security features in the form of a burglar alarm and fire alarm, etc. • Upon moving in, a deposit of 5000 SEK is requested to the current landlord as security for the apartment's inventory. The deposit is refunded upon moving out, provided that the rental contract's content has been followed and the apartment is left in a similar condition as when moving in. • Who is of interest for the rental? Tenants who have some form of stable income (employment or CSN) or capital. Currently, an international student lives in the apartment. A cat is also in the apartment, so an appreciation of animals is positive.
