We rent out our guest house, built in 2018. The guest house is detached, with a small patio. Access to internet (fiber), water & heating is included in the rent. Rented furnished or can be adapted as needed. Parking is available outside and there is access to a charging box for an electric car if needed (cost for charging the car is not included in the rent). The guest house has its own bathroom but shower, toilet & washing machine. The kitchen has a stove, oven & fridge and freezer. The floor plan is open to the kitchen & living room area and there is a loft. We expect easy & open communication with a tenant, and we prefer someone who is calm and secure as we have small children.
