Askims Domarringsväg, Askim

Welcome to our cozy townhouse in the quiet and green Askim in Gothenburg! Here we rent out a furnished basement room with its own secluded part of the house, which is perfect for a student or another person looking for calm and secure accommodation. You share a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities with our family. We are a family of three – two adults and our cheerful 11-year-old son – and we value a friendly and respectful atmosphere. The area offers nice walking paths, proximity to the sea, grocery stores, and good communications to central Gothenburg and the universities. Wi-Fi, heating, and electricity are included in the rent. We are primarily looking for a tenant for one term, with the possibility of extension if everything works well for both parties. We look forward to welcoming you!
