Bedroom 1 is for rent. I am a calm girl who rents out a room in my apartment for short-term rental. The room is available from August 3rd, for anywhere from 3 to 12 months. The apartment is located 5 minutes away from Strømmen mall by bus, 12 minutes by bus from Lillestrøm Bus Terminal, and 10 minutes by bus to Lørenskog center, so it's quite central, but has the forest as the nearest neighbor! I myself am a 22-year-old girl living here with a cat, which is currently an outdoor cat, but from October she is mostly indoors due to the weather. Therefore, it's important that you like cats if you want to live here, as she can be affectionate and occasionally demanding to go out/in🙈 I, myself, am a calm person who from August will be working 180% and focus heavily on training, and therefore am rarely at home. Even though I'm not often at home, I think it would be nice if we could get to know each other well and be social whenever we both have free time, if you also want that of course❤️ One of my jobs is a permanent night shift, so it's very important for me that we can respect each other's need for sleep, even with different daily rhythms. The apartment is 68 square meters, and the room being rented out is 12 square meters, with enough space for a double bed, wardrobe, desk, etc. The room being rented out is unfurnished but has an inbuilt closet with shelves/drawers, and I can put in a desk/vanity if desired. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, with appliances (except dryer). The housing cooperative has a communal laundry room in the basement that you can use for a fee if you want a dryer. There's also a small gym you can use at no extra cost. If you need a parking space, it's possible too☺️ Electricity is not included in the rent, so we share it 50/50 monthly in arrears.
