Nice 3-room apartment at Östra Eriksbergsgatan 81, 68 sqm, rented out fully furnished for 6-18 months by agreement as I am going to try living with my partner. The apartment will be up for sale with the goal of selling in September/October 2027. However, there is a risk that I may need to have viewings of the apartment sometime during the rental period, of course with good notice and by agreement. If you are not open to this, then this is not the apartment for you. The apartment is on the fifth floor, but "ground level" with a terrace as the apartments are located on a parking garage. The apartment is fully furnished with, among other things, a sofa, bed, 77" TV, dining table, etc. Exactly which furniture is left can be discussed. There is also a storage unit included in the rent.
