Due to staying abroad, I am renting out my condominium temporarily from September 1, 2026, to September 1, 2027. The apartment is a fully furnished 1.5-room unit, 48 square meters, in Tomelilla with a smart and pleasant layout. The sleeping area is separated by large glass doors and has plenty of space for a bed and storage. The apartment also includes two storage rooms, one of which is furnished as a clothing storage/walk-in closet. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes, among other things, a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker. The rent of 6,000 SEK per month includes heating, broadband, and TV. Electricity is extra. I am looking for a well-behaved, responsible, and non-smoking tenant with a stable financial situation. References might be requested.
