Valtakatu, Kemi

Newly Furnished! Second floor apartment, completely renovated about 20 years ago. Floors, kitchen, sauna area, and balcony. After that, smaller surface renovations have been done as needed. The apartment's floor has just been lacquered, making it tidier and easy to keep clean again. The sauna has an always-ready heater. The balcony faces south, but the larch in front provides shade during the day. In this way, the sun shines until the evening in summer... There's an open fireplace! Water and electricity according to consumption. Heating is included in the rent. And almost your own peace because only one kitchen wall is adjacent to the neighbor’s bedroom. Downstairs there is a hair salon and therapy room. In the basement, there's a wood-heated sauna, washing machine, and dryer. Parking space possible! Pictures just taken! Available, credit information will be checked!
