Torholmsvägen, Donsö

A cozy archipelago house close to nature and the sea with its own terrace and garden on the island of Donsö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago. The house has a laundry room and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. There is a living room with an open fireplace that leads out to the terrace at the back. The villa has 3 - 4 bedrooms, the possibility for an office, and a completely renovated kitchen. On the plot, there is also a small separate bicycle garage. Donsö is a safe island with about 1600 inhabitants. Of course, there are preschools, a school, and a grocery store. Donsö is an active island perfect for families. Ferries run from Donsö with a total public transport time of about 1 hour to central Gothenburg. There is no regular car traffic on the island; the most common means of transportation are bicycles or small electric cars.
