A small bakery cottage from the 1800s, cozy with furniture, I rent it out because I live in Norway. Included in the rent are soups. Service and bags for the incineration toilet are provided, then when water and sewage are installed along with a toilet, the tenant is responsible for water and fees for the shared contribution. Chimney sweeping is included; there are apple trees in the garden. Snow removal and lawn mowing are the tenant's responsibility, plus home insurance. There is a small bedroom, kitchen, and living room in one, and a loft where you can sleep. Support is provided via WhatsApp and messages are sent if craftsmen need to come in, and then the tenant must ensure they can enter.
