Hello! This advertisement is for a tenant who needs accommodation mainly as a weekly commuter. NOTE! Due to space constraints in areas like the fridge and freezer, as well as the bathroom, we can only rent to one permanent tenant, but visits from friends and family are of course perfectly fine. My girlfriend and I live in a four-room apartment in Huddinge Centrum at Sjödalstorget 9, three minutes from the commuter train. Our lodger since March 2022 will be moving out these days after he has invested in a condominium with his girlfriend. Therefore, two rooms will be available, bedroom 2 (9 m2) and 3 (12 m2). All bedrooms have a coded lock with a personal code. My girlfriend works weekdays and is usually away between 5:35-15:00. I work on the commuter train as a station host. Half of my working days according to the schedule are in the morning and the other half in the evening within a time span of 6:15-21:45. Besides this, I also work unionly, run my own business in a small trade, and play the piano. Neither of us drinks alcohol, does drugs, smokes cigarettes or uses snus, but we live a healthy life. The accommodation is social like in a commune, but without more cleaning responsibility than that you clean up after yourself after, for example, you have cooked and eaten food or that you clear hair from the bathtub when you have showered. The rent is 4500 kronor per month for bedroom 2 without rent increases, and it includes electricity, water, internet, cleaning supplies, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and detergent for the apartment's washing machine, which is a Miele Supertronic with automatic dosing. Only 2000 kr in a security deposit upon handing out the key and tag. During the viewing, a rental agreement is offered directly, and you can of course register at the address. For the rental contract, it is required to show documentation of previous and current employment/studies, proof of identity, which we can bring up on-site with Bank-ID, and something that shows you have capital with regular income. We always take a photograph of ID/Passport/driver's license when signing the contract. The room can be rented unfurnished or furnished. Besides furniture, there is a bed available, measuring 120*200. NOTE! Currently, we only have some older pictures of bedroom 3 since our lodger moving out has quite a lot of stuff in both bedrooms he rents with his girlfriend. From Huddinge, you can take the commuter train to Södermalm in 13 minutes and to Stockholm City in 16 minutes. There are also trains without a change to Älvsjö (7 minutes), Solna (27 minutes), Arlanda (57 minutes), and Uppsala (75 minutes).
