Bosjökloster, Höör. Right opposite the entrance to the castle and the golf course. Here you live between the western and eastern Ringsjön, with nature and golf close by. A short walk from the house lies the western lake with its natural beaches and large areas to walk along. On the other side, you will find Bosjökloster Castle & golf at eastern Ringsjön. Perfect for those who have a dog and/or are interested in being in nature, paddling, fishing, swimming, etc. Walk across the road to the castle, the golf course, or their lunch restaurant. You can drive to Höör in about 5 minutes, where you will find most of what you need. Convenient commuting to Lund, Malmö, Hässleholm, Kristianstad, Eslöv, etc., as it is located in the middle of Skåne. The house has a large garden of about 2500m2 bordering the forest, nature reserve, and road 23. Only one neighbor. Just outside the property, there is a bus stop on road 23, a bike path leading into Höör and then to the golf course. A large, pleasant veranda is available when the weather allows. The house consists of two normally sized bedrooms, a living room, a spacious kitchen, and a small bathroom with a shower. There is also an unfinished basement under the whole house for storage and laundry space. The house is heated with an air heat pump and a fireplace. Fiber is installed for the possibility of stable internet and TV. The house is located at a good address and has a normal standard (the bathroom has a simple standard) with everything you need. Apart from the rent, you are responsible for all electricity costs, waste collection, water, broadband. Calculation based on where the house has been rented out as short-term accommodation/vacation accommodation during the year but especially in the summer and used as a holiday home by me occasionally throughout the year. Electricity/heating cost on average 2000/month Waste collection 250/month Water ?/month Then you need to sign a regular home insurance. Around 100/month. The electricity cost is variable and should increase the more people live there year-round, but it can also be controlled a bit if you use the fireplace in autumn/winter, which I have not done. Municipal water and sewage will be installed. I am preferably looking for guests who will benefit more from what the location of the house can offer. I think my future tenants are: One or two adults with or without children but at most two children. The adults have jobs or pensions/sickness benefits or other stable income. If you have a dog, it is an added value to live right here. So, you might be, for example, a retired couple with a dog or someone who likes golf and nature. None of the residents have been convicted of any significant criminal activity. There is organized economy so bills don’t become too challenging (it is for everyone’s sake). A background check will be made on interested parties. The house has previously been rented furnished and can be rented furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished.
