The rest of the garden is private. INCLUDED Furniture, heating, electricity, wifi, water, sewage, access to communal waste bins. There is a TV with ApplePlay but no channels or subscriptions included. There is no oven hood. OTHER The landlord's family has three cats that move freely indoors and outdoors.
