Mörbyvägen, Vallentuna

Hello! I'm going to travel for a while and am therefore renting out my furnished two-bedroom apartment of 60.5 sqm in central Vallentuna. The apartment is available for moving in at the end of October. It is a bright and lovely apartment with a practical indoor storage room. The absolute best thing about the residence is the big, wonderful garden! There are some trees there and plenty of space for you who like to grow or just want to sit outside and relax. The location couldn't be better, you live right by Vallentuna center. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the train (Roslagsbanan) and the buses, so it's super quick to commute to Stockholm or Täby. Everything you need like grocery stores, gyms, and cafes are around the corner, but the street itself is very quiet and pleasant. What is included in the rent: Heating, hot water, and cable TV. Who I'm looking for: I am looking for a well-behaved and completely non-smoking person (or a couple) with a stable economy who wants to take care of my apartment and garden while I'm away. No pets is a plus.
