I am renting out a cozy and furnished room of about 9 sqm in my apartment in Sollentuna. The apartment is only about 2 minutes from Sollentuna center, commuter train station, and buses, with grocery stores, restaurants, and other services nearby. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe and is a good fit for someone who studies or works and is looking for a quiet and pleasant accommodation. You have access to the kitchen, shower, and toilet. I live alone in the apartment with my two children, so I am primarily looking for a calm, respectful, and well-behaved person who appreciates a family-like home. Smoking is not allowed. For the right person, there is also the possibility of reduced rent in exchange for agreed-upon help with childcare. This is something we will agree upon separately and based on what feels right for both of us. I also occasionally dog-sit, so it's important that you like dogs and feel comfortable with having a dog in the home sometimes. I value mutual respect, calmness, and good communication, and I hope to find someone who wants to enjoy and feel at home here.
