The apartment is a three-room apartment where the room for rent is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Electricity, water, and internet are included in the rent. Parking is available for rent, both garage or outdoor parking, which is a little cheaper. If you travel by public transportation, there are good connections with buses within 150-300 meters from the apartment. Mölndals central is 5-7 minutes away on foot, and from there, trams and trains are available. There are several restaurants in the area, including sushi, pizza, and a kiosk within 200 meters. The first two pictures are of the room unfurnished, the others are of the apartment in general. I am 35 years old and work as a teacher at a junior high school. Sometimes I have friends over for board game nights and have no problem if you as a lodger want to invite people over as long as they are reasonable. If you are to rent the room, I want you to have a steady income and be able to keep the apartment clean around you.
