L like larger – all-inclusive co-living in Emola Living in Mikkeli can be quite simple. A 15 m² furnished room in Emola is the L-size, the most spacious of our rooms. Rent is €390/month, including electricity and water. NOTE: The photos show the room with two different furnishings. We also rent the room for shorter periods, for example, for study internships. The room comes with furniture and its own refrigerator. No need to figure out who ate whose snacks and from which shelf. Photos 3-5 show the current furnishings of the room. A wider bed is also available. Shared facilities include a kitchen complete with dishes, a toilet, and a shower, as well as laundry facilities. There's also storage space. Cleaning and snow removal are shared. This is an unpretentious home that has seen some life. It doesn't pretend to be younger than it is. The decor has hints of the '90s. The Emola River visible from the room's window is a reminder that not all good things need updating. It's perfectly suitable for a student, intern, someone coming to Mikkeli for temporary work, weekly residents, those needing a base for a project, or anyone simply in need of a furnished base. You can settle in with a light load. Personal belongings, a toothbrush, and something to fill the fridge — that's the moving-in list since the furniture and basic living set are already waiting. Rent is 350€ plus electricity and a single-person water charge of 40€ = 390€. In credit checks, boring is beautiful. Lack of surprises is an outright charming feature.
