Rent out my fully furnished condominium in a quiet and cozy area near Mariatorget/Zinkensdamm. Large courtyard with grills, outdoor furniture, and bicycle racks. High ceilings, a loft bed, and a drop-leaf table make the studio comfortable and spacious. Close to the bar and restaurant scene around Mariatorget (a five-minute walk to Mariatorget metro station). 12800 SEK/month includes heating, water, and electricity. A deposit (which of course will be refunded if no damage beyond normal wear and tear occurs) of one month's rent upon moving in. Shared laundry room, guest apartment, meeting room, and workshop are available in the association. I'm looking for someone who needs something long-term, at least a year but preferably more.
