The basement apartment is available for rent from 09/02/2026 to 05/31/2026, as our daughter will be on exchange during this period. We are open to both short-term and long-term rentals, and all rental periods will be considered. Please feel free to contact us whether you need an apartment for a few days, a few weeks, or several months – we are open to finding a solution that suits both parties. The apartment is furnished. Wireless internet and electricity are included in the rental price. Bedroom with double wardrobes, bathroom from 2008, open kitchen solution, storage room, hallway, and private entrance. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies. There is a short walking distance to bus connections to Oslo and Ås. Note! There are two external security cameras on the property. Attention! Impact noise from the floor above must be expected.
