Hello! A large and beautiful bedroom is available for rent in a 76 sqm apartment in Hagsätra for a responsible female/student tenant. You must be smoke and pet-free and not party in the apartment. I study in another city and am only home on weekends and in the summer. My daughter currently lives there with her cat while waiting for her student apartment in Uppsala. Otherwise, the apartment is mostly empty, which means you'll have a calm and pleasant living space. You have your own toilet. Only shared kitchen and bathroom in other areas. The apartment is located in a quiet and family-friendly area with proximity to preschool, school, shopping center, and subway. There are also good bus connections to Älvsjö and Karolinska University Hospital. * We will write a rental contract. * One month's deposit and one month's notice period apply for both parties. * You must have a steady income in the form of CSN or an employment contract. * Identification must be shown upon moving in. If interested, you are warmly welcome to get in touch and tell us a little about yourself.
