We are a family renting out a studio just outside the University area in Växjö. The apartment is a studio of 48 sqm with an open plan, about 7 km from Växjö center, only a few km from Linnaeus University. It is required that the renter has a car as the city buses do not have a line that passes frequently. There is a possibility to charge an electric car. The apartment is a loft apartment above our garage adjacent to our own house. Private entrance, one flight of stairs up. The house is located in a pleasant and quiet natural environment, yet close to the center. In the apartment, there is a complete small kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove with oven (refer to photos), toilet with shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is rented unfurnished. The apartment is available for moving in from 2026-09-01. Rent: 4000 SEK/month plus electricity. The rent includes water, sewage fee, garbage collection, balcony, parking space for one car, and internet. AC is installed in the property. Costs for the consumption of household electricity, car charging, and heating are additional (own meter connected to the house). The tenant does NOT need to sign/pay for their own electricity subscription but only pay for the actual consumption that we report monthly. However, the tenant must take out their own home insurance. The apartment is rented with a first-hand contract for a single person (NOT family or couple). We are looking for a calm and orderly tenant with good references and no payment remarks.
