My name is Betty and I've got a job in Umeå for the fall, hence I will be renting out my cozy apartment in Västra Frölunda from the end of September 🌸 I've had a great time here but will now rent out to a responsible tenant who takes care of the apartment. It is for one year with the possibility of extension (if approved by the landlord) From Frölunda Torg, there are very good connections to the city, and you can reach the center by both bus and tram in about 20 minutes (I have worked in the city and it has worked great) • The apartment is a studio of 26 m2 and is located on the 1st floor (but a bit above ground level so people do not look straight in from the street) • The apartment was built about a year before I moved in July 2025, and has both a dishwasher and a combo washer-dryer. Very fresh and not at all worn at its core • The storage will NOT be available during the period Costs: • The rent is 7626 SEK/month in 2026, and there are additional costs for electricity and water • There is also broadband subscribed to Telia for 399 SEK/month that you can opt for if you want it, otherwise, I will cancel it during the period • I will rent out the apartment furnished with a bed, sofa, coffee table, TV stand, TV, dining table, and chairs, as well as bathroom and hallway furniture if desired. • For the furniture, I will charge a 10% surcharge on the rent, which becomes 762 SEK in addition to the rent • I will also take a deposit of one month's rent which will be refunded upon move-out provided the apartment is in good condition • We will, of course, write an agreement on everything between us for clarity *Please note that the landlord needs to approve the tenant and that the processing time is about 4-6 weeks. We will obviously write an agreement on this so the apartment is guaranteed to the selected tenant during that time.
