A workspace with 2 monitors, 3 wardrobes, and a larger chest of drawers. The kitchen is large, bright, with double doors down to the terrace and overlooking Malmsjön. Hob and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, smaller water heater under the sink. All appliances are from 2022. There is also a large stove next to the dining area in the kitchen. About the area. The house is located in the area of Malmsjöstugan and is an area with both houses that are summer cabins and year-round residences. It is located approximately 8-10 minutes south of Gnesta. I would recommend having a car. There are buses, but not very often. Good to know: The house has its own sewage system, a 3 cubic tank and its own well.
