The house's appliances and technical features have been modernized over the years and now include all modern conveniences except for a dishwasher. Air heat pumps are installed both upstairs and downstairs. Heating source in winter and AC function during summer. The house is located 1.5 km outside central Orsa and the campsite. 17 km from Mora and 12 km from Orsa, Grönklitt. Walk-friendly trails make it entirely possible to easily both walk and cycle to get more centrally. The ground floor includes an entrance with an accompanying patio, hall, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Additionally, a kitchen with oven and stovetop, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. Furthermore, a dining area with 6 seats. Finally, a living room with a larger sofa group and TV with Wifi and Chromecast capabilities. The upper floor includes two larger bedrooms and an associated balcony from one of the bedrooms. We rent out the house fully furnished and fully equipped with necessary kitchen utensils. The fee includes the base rent (can be discussed and as per agreement), Wifi, waste and garbage disposal, as well as water consumption. However, the fee does not include the operating cost of electricity (electricity for heating and electricity as household consumption).
