Room in our house from 1/10 2026 We are renting out a furnished room (about 12m2) centrally in Täby, a 10-minute walk from TäbyC. The room is located in a house built in 2017 and shares with two other people (each with their own room) a common area with shower, toilet, laundry room with wash and dry facilities, kitchen with furniture and equipment, real stove with oven, microwave, and a large wood-burning stove (total approximately 70 m2). All rooms have underfloor heating, tiled floors, and white plastered walls; the bathroom and laundry room are tiled. The common area is about 35m2 in total with a private entrance. The rooms and entrance are equipped with copy-protected keys for each room and we provide a real primary contract in a private residence. Electricity, heating, and WiFi/broadband are included as well as free access to firewood for the wood-burning stove, which can be used when desired especially during the cold season. We rent out to one person, preferably a student or weekly commuter; no pets are allowed and we prefer limited visits out of consideration for the other two people. The room is rented furnished but you can choose if you want the furniture or not; it currently has double full-size (60cm) wardrobes, a 140 bed, a desk and desk chair, as well as lamps and blackout curtains for the window. Communications are Roslagsbanan Ensta station (3-minute walk), Galoppfältet (10-minute walk) or TäbyC station (10-minute walk) as well as buses (outside the door) including a night bus from Stockholm city right outside the door. The university and technical college can be reached in 15-20 minutes from the residence. Bike paths to Stockholm city are directly outside the house. The room is available from the first of October and indefinitely, as we prefer a longer contract. Price: 6800:- per month and paid in advance. A deposit of two months' rent is applied when the contract is signed and this is refunded upon departure if everything is returned in the same condition as when moved in. We prefer responses via email initially, where you are welcome to tell us a little about yourselves and your situation, and if both parties find it suitable, we will proceed with inviting you to visit us to see the room (provisionally on weekends).
