The house has just been completely renovated on the inside, except for the toilet, which maintains a good standard. The house consists of a large combined kitchen & living room, WC/Shower with washing machine, and 2 smaller bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is suitable for a 160 cm bed. The other bedroom can function as a nursery, office, or bedroom with a 90 cm bed/bunk bed. The house is situated on a hill with a nice view of the surroundings with farmland and paddocks. Small garden with grass areas suitable for outdoor furniture, private driveway with parking for 2-3 cars. Proximity to a lake that partially belongs to the farm. The rental cost is for cold rent. The tenant is charged the actual electricity consumption every quarter by the landlord. Heating is primarily air/air with heat & AC. The tenant is responsible for the maintenance of the associated garden (can also be included in the rent upon request).
