The apartment is at Butiksvägen 2 in Söndrum. It is on the second floor of our villa as a separate apartment. It has two rooms and a kitchen and a separate bathroom, 65 sqm. The rent is 8000 SEK, and it includes heating, electricity, and internet. The laundry room is in the basement and has a washing machine and dryer. There is also a room that you have access to store things you don't want to have up in the apartment. There is a garage, but at the moment it's not possible to park a car there, though if you have bikes, there is space. There is parking for two cars in the parking lot outside the garage. We live in the lower part of the house, but we have a front door into our part of the house, so the common area is the staircase up to the apartment and down to the basement. You have access to the garden, the whole garden when we are not at home and the front garden when we are home. It's close to the bus stop, swimming, and grocery store. There are several restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
