Visättravägen, Huddinge

I am a woman seeking an animal-free woman (working or studying) who wants to rent a room in my apartment indefinitely. The residence is 72 square meters, fully furnished, and located on Visättravägen in Flemingsberg. The room for rent is furnished, bright, and has its own balcony with a very nice view. Since the balcony is accessed directly from your room, you have exclusive access to this space. The apartment is in a quiet and pleasant area, about a 10-minute walk from the commuter train station, ICA Maxi, Lidl, and the Medfit gym. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to Södertörn University. The monthly rent is 6,000 SEK and a month's rent is required as a deposit. Internet (Tele2), electricity, and water are included in the rent. You will have access to a kitchen with your own fridge, a bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as the building's communal laundry room. References from previous landlords are very welcome. I respond to inquiries as soon as I can and appreciate if you include a short presentation about yourself.
