Cozy detached house with fjord view and quiet location, on a large natural plot (3 acres). The house is located right by the Bunnefjord, with views towards Oslo and the sea just a stone's throw away. The house is spread over three floors: 1st floor (ground floor) has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, and access to a large terrace. 2nd floor contains two bedrooms and an office space. The basement has a laundry room/toilet, pantry, and freezer. There is also a small basement lounge with a projector and a sewing room. The ceiling in the basement is only 190 cm high. The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors have been recently renovated and have a good and modern standard. The house has two outdoor spaces: one in front of the house with a view towards Bunnefjord/Oslo, and a sheltered outdoor area by the entrance. There is ample parking space, and an electric car charger is available. The garden is large and very private. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away (Hellvik). The bus takes 10 minutes to the shopping center/municipal center and about 15 minutes to Nesoddtangen pier, and connects with the boat to Oslo. In the nearby area, there are both a bathing beach/jetty, Nesodden public sauna, and Hellviktangen art café. Wireless internet, water, and sewage are included in the rent. Electricity consumption is settled in arrears and comes in addition to the rent. We primarily wish to rent to a family/established couple, and not to a collective with several people.
