In addition, there is a lovely glazed balcony equipped with a sunbed and cushion. The kitchen has dishes, glasses, cutlery, and a large variety of kitchen utensils with everything one can imagine needing for varied and substantial cooking. In the basement, there are storage rooms and a gym accessible to residents of the association. Just outside the residence is the bus stop for line 1 which takes you to the center in just over five minutes. There are also bike paths, and it takes about 15 minutes to cycle to the center. There are ample parking spaces in the area and it is never a problem to find parking for you as a resident. Grocery stores and the university are very close at hand. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, and fiber broadband with a speed of 100/10. The rent is 6800kr per month when we write our own agreement, if you as a tenant wish to use Qasa's own lease agreement, a service fee will be added to the rent. I am looking for a non-smoking and pet-free tenant with an orderly economy and no payment remarks. The processing time can take a few weeks, depending on how close the next board meeting is at the time of application, so the definite move-in date is fixed when the approval is clear.
