Hello there, I am renting a room on Trollebergsvägen 21 from 1st of December and until further notice. The entire apartment is approximately 86 square meters and is very close to the train station and the university. The apartment is shared with me Erik. I work and am a former student here in Lund. My interests are games and movies. I have no pets, do not smoke, and have no allergies. You will share the large kitchen, living room and bathroom. Your own room is about 18 square meters and is furnished with a bed, side table, study table, chair and mirrors. There is a dishwasher, parking space, TV + Chromecast, gym and a laundry room available. Electricity, water, and internet are included. The rent is 6200 SEK/month and the deposit is 6000 SEK, but we are flexible with when you can pay. The deposit is refunded, of course, if all goes well, at the end of your contract.
