The building has a sauna and laundry department. Shops and restaurants nearby. Schools and kindergartens nearby. Water fee 27 euros/person. The housing company is undergoing a pipeline renovation using lining technology. In the same staircase where the apartment is, the renovation will continue until December 2026. The apartment is ready for move-in on November 23, 2025. If there is noise or other disturbance from the renovation, I am willing to discuss reducing the rent for December 2026.
