A large and nice room in a spacious apartment is rented out only to a woman. Only I, a young woman, live in the apartment along with two rabbits. I am often not home. The apartment is located in Sollentuna, close to the center and the commuter train. There is Lidl, Willys, and several other grocery stores as well as nail salons, hairdressers, shops, restaurants, and other services nearby. The location is very good and most things you need are within close distance. The room is large, clean, and bright. Terms: Two months' rent is taken as a deposit. We write a contract with a two-month notice period for both parties.
