Our 25 sqm attefall house + sleeping loft will be available for rent. The address is centrally located in Onsala, with a 10-minute walk to the grocery store. It's also close to a health center, sea, and nature. About 300 meters to the bus stop, and getting into Kungsbacka takes about 15 minutes. We are now looking for a calm and well-behaved person who would like to live here for a longer period of time. The rent is exclusive of electricity and internet. We have installed a meter inside the house so you can easily see how much electricity is consumed. In the bathroom, it is fully tiled with underfloor heating, a washing machine/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The home is rented unfurnished. The home is pet and smoke-free! When signing the contract, a deposit of 7000 SEK is paid.
