There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room and two storage rooms, one of which can function as a walk-in closet. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, a living area, and a toilet with a shower and double sinks. On this floor, there is also space for a desk or reading corner. Outside, there is a larger storage shed, patios in three directions, and 2 parking spaces belonging to the residence, one of which has a charging box for an electric car. There are also 2 guest parking spaces in close proximity to the residence. These are shared with five other households on 'our hill.' The rent constitutes base rent only. The house is very energy-efficient (Mjöbäck villa completed in 2021 with a recirculating air-to-water heat pump) THIS ACCOMMODATION SUITS YOU WHO: 1) want to live on 'Gräddhyllan' in the pleasant and scenic Sandared with walking distance to most things and good commuting possibilities to Borås/Gothenburg/Viared (bus stop and train station approx. 1200 meters) 2) do not want garden care but enjoy a large and secluded outdoor area with a lake view and greenery. 3) want low operating costs 4) want a nice view of Viaredssjön and a safe, stable house to come home to where you can sleep well. 5) are responsible and take care of the house. The house is rented out because we have moved to another location. Rental period at least 6 months. Term of notice mutually 3 months.
