All apartments in the high-rise building have bay window observation rooms with views in three directions. The observation room is part of the living room and gives the feeling of a glazed veranda, where the boundary between outdoors and indoors is blurred. All apartments in the lower part have balconies. Most also have storage rooms adjacent to the apartment and private outdoor spaces on the terrace corridor facing the communal park-like courtyard. At the top of the high-rise, there is a communal roof terrace, where you and your neighbors can relax, perhaps after a workout session at Strandhälsan on the first floor.
