I am moving and therefore renting out my lovely, bright, and pleasant 2-room apartment of 42 sqm, centrally located yet secluded in the popular Bjølsen/Sagene area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (6th-floor view from windows and balcony) and has large windows, plenty of natural light, and an unobstructed view without direct neighbors. The layout consists of one bedroom, a separate kitchen, and a spacious living room with a dining area. There is also ample storage space, including a large closet in the hallway and two large Pax wardrobes in the bedroom, as well as storage above the bed. A 4 sqm storage room in the basement is available. One of the apartment's highlights is the approximately 6 sqm southeast-facing balcony, with excellent sunlight from morning to evening. Although the apartment is on the 3rd floor, the terrain in front of the building makes the view from the balcony equivalent to approximately the 6th floor. This provides an airy and open view with little intrusion and no direct neighbors. In winter, you can also glimpse the Oslofjord. The kitchen is separate from the living room and has ample counter and storage space. The bathroom has a large shower and its own washing machine, but the building also has a communal laundry. The apartment otherwise has a bright and cozy style with a combination of light surfaces and wood, with an ocher painted ceiling in the living room. The condominium has a shared garden where residents can grow their own vegetables, perfect for those who want some green space even if they live centrally. There are also parking and garage spaces in the condominium that you can get on the waiting list for (my apartment is already quite high on the waiting list). In addition, there is street parking nearby. The location in Bjølsen is very convenient, midway between Sagene, Torshov, and Sandaker. The Akerselva River is nearby, offering great walking opportunities both towards Grünerløkka and Nydalen. BI University is about a 10-minute walk away. Rent: 25,000 NOK per month, including hot water, heating, and digital TV. I am flexible with the move-in date. The apartment is ideal for a couple, and children and dogs are very welcome. I plan to leave the sofa (worth 60k), a 160cm bed with mattress (Ikea), washing machine, and bookshelves, but we can agree on what is wanted or not!
