The house is a large detached villa, built in 1924, which houses two apartments and two studios. The apartment I rent out is on the top floor. The house has a large (approx. 5000 m2) well-kept garden plot with greenhouse, orangery, several fruit trees and berry bushes. Free access to the plot. The apartment also includes a balcony with a view of the natural plot. Next to the house is a very good lighted fitness trail with an outdoor gym and a large playground. Around Nykvarn there are many beautiful nature areas, hiking trails and baths. Not least the source lake Yngern, which is considered one of Sweden’s cleanest lakes and is only 2 km from the house. 2 km away there is also an excellent golf course, Vidbynäs, with an associated castle, and nearby are the castles Taxinge and Gripsholm. In nearby Södertälje there is Tom Tits, water adventure park and many other activities. In Nykvarn there are renowned and award-winning preschools and elementary schools. Parking is available on the plot and you can borrow a bicycle as part of the rent if you wish. The house is located in a beautiful natural area near Nykvarn's center and Nykvarn's station with a homestead, manor, and waterfalls as neighbors. In the center there is a library, shops, and fast trains that take you to Stockholm/Flemingsberg in about 15 minutes and to Stockholm Central in 29 minutes. There is also the possibility to travel with SL, then the journey to Stockholm takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Nykvarn is located by the E20 and it takes just under half an hour to drive to Stockholm.
